Contractor’s Labour Officer

A Cat.C “Road & Drainage” and “Site Formation” Civil Engineering Main Contractor has the following immediate vacancies: -

Responsibilities:

• Oversee attendance, wage payments, and MPF contributions for all site workers.
• Assist in addressing and monitoring complaints regarding wage arrears and MPF contributions raised by site workers.
• Provide support in coordinating HR-related tasks.
• Collaborate with relevant departments and parties to meet project submission requirements.
• Perform site clerk duties, including daily filing, copying, typing, and assisting with general site administration inquiries.

Requirements:

• Attaining Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics) or equivalent; or (ii) attaining Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (including Chinese Language, English Language (Syllabus B) and Mathematics) or equivalent
• Full-time working experience on personnel management or human resources related duties and good job records
• Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese; and
• Good computer knowledge; and
• Preferably have completed a post secondary certificate programme on human resources or personnel management.
