Contracts Administrator

About the role

Manage contract documentation, project records and commercial administration for construction and building materials projects.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain project contracts and related documentation
• Review contract terms, requirements and supporting documents
• Track contract submissions, approvals, amendments and deadlines
• Prepare contract correspondence, variation documentation and records
• Coordinate documentation between clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams
• Monitor contractual deliverables and submission schedules
• Maintain accurate and organised project and commercial records
• Support the project and commercial teams with contract administration
• Follow up on outstanding documentation and contractual matters

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in contract administration
• Experience in construction, engineering or building materials preferred
• Familiar with contracts, project documentation and commercial administration
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Able to manage multiple documents, deadlines and stakeholders
• Singapore construction experience is an advantage
