About You To be considered, you'll ideally have:

• 3+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction at a well established builder
• Experience delivering new build and/or major refurbishment projects
• Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement and cost control
• Ability to manage subcontractor packages from procurement through to final account
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant construction or quantity surveying qualification
