Contracts Administrator

Preparing responses to customers certification and representations requests- Reviewing customer-generated Purchase Orders and assist in obtaining appropriate internal signatures or sign off

• Assisting with countersignature process and electronic filing of contracts and other legal documents
• Distributing contract assignments to attorneys and Contracts Specialists in Legal Department
• Reviewing and/or assisting with the preparation of customer-facing contract documents
• Researching and coordinating customer name change requests
• Contracts Lifecycle Management support including
  • Administer contract workflows within CLM systems.
  • Maintain contract repositories and metadata accuracy.
  • Generate contract volume, turnaround time, and backlog reports.
  • Support template, clause library, and playbook updates.
  • Develop and track metrics including contract cycle times, workload allocation, and SLA compliance. ","
