Contracts Administrator

An established commercial contractor is expanding its Sydney team and is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join the business across a growing pipeline of projects.

The focus is on fit out and refurbishment projects delivered within live, operational environments, often with tight programmes and quick turnaround times.

This role will suit a CA who is comfortable managing multiple contracts at once, working across different project teams and keeping on top of competing commercial priorities.

The role

• Manage multiple contracts from procurement through to completion
• Subcontractor procurement and management
• Variations, EOTs, claims and progress claims
• Contract administration and commercial reporting
• Review scopes, contracts and project documentation
• Work closely with PMs, clients and subcontractors
• Manage competing priorities across multiple live projects

What we're looking for

• Commercial construction experience as a CA
• Strong fitout and refurbishment experience
• Experience managing multiple contracts/projects simultaneously
• Experience working in live or operational environments
• Comfortable working to tight programmes and quick turnaround
• Strong subcontractor and commercial management skills
• Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
