To be successful you must have the following:

• 5+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction over $20million
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement and project financial management
• Proven experience managing subcontractors, variations, progress claims and project costs
• Strong working knowledge of Australian Standard contracts
• Experience taking on Project Management duties or assisting with the delivery of projects
• Experience delivering Multi residential projects highly regarded
• Relevant construction, quantity surveying or engineering qualifications preferred
