Contracts Administrator - Commercial Construction

An award winning Aussie commercial builder based in Sydney's Northern Beaches is looking for a Contract Administrator to join its team.

Operating for almost 30 years, the business delivers projects up to approximately $15m across government, education, health and commercial construction.

They have a strong pipeline, repeat clients and a team where people genuinely stick around. Many employees have been with the business for 5–15 years.

They have great subcontractor relationships and always pay their trades on time.

The role
Working with the Project Manager and site team across commercial projects typically valued from $4m–$15m, your responsibilities will include:

• Subcontractor procurement and contract administration
• Progress claims and variations
• Cost control and project reporting
• RFIs and project documentation
• Client, consultant and subcontractor coordination
• Maintaining project information through Procore

About you

• Contract Administrator experience with a commercial builder
• Procore experience
• Good understanding of construction contracts including GC21
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Construction Management or related qualification preferred
