Contracts Administrator - Multi - Residential Construction

About the Role

Verso Construction is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our growing team delivering high-quality multi-residential projects across South East Queensland.

Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and our Design Team, you'll play a key role in procurement, subcontract management, cost control, forecasting and project reporting, helping ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage subcontractor procurement, tendering and contract administration.

· Prepare and administer subcontract agreements.

· Assess progress claims, variations and payment schedules.

· Manage project budgets, commitments, forecasting and cost reporting.

· Support Head Contract administration, including claims and contractual correspondence.

· Maintain accurate project records and commercial documentation.

· Build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders.

About You

· 3+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator with a head contractor.

· Experience in residential or multi-residential construction required.

· Qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline.

· Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, variations and cost management.

· Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.

· Proactive, commercially minded and solutions-focused.

· Experience with Jobpac, Procore or HammerTech highly regarded.
