Provide commercial and contracts advisory support across offshore services, maintenance, logistics, marine, drilling, engineering, shutdown, asset integrity, and related operational activities.
Partner with operational, technical, HSE, and contract owner stakeholders to ensure scopes, contract terms, procurement processes, and supplier obligations are fit for purpose.
Manage key aspects of the contract lifecycle, including tendering, evaluation, contract development, approvals, governance, variations, claims, disputes, and close-out.
Monitor supplier performance, compliance, risk, and value delivery, recommending corrective actions and improvement opportunities where required.
Support consistent contracting practices, commercial discipline, and stakeholder capability across the business.
Required Experience
Minimum10 years’ experience in contracts, procurement, or commercial roles within oil and gas, energy, offshore operations, or major projects.
Strong understanding of contract law and commercial principles in an oil and gas context.

Additional Personal Attributes
Able to build trusted relationships internally and externally.
Strong influencing capability with internal stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, and external partners.
High levels of self-motivation, initiative, and adaptability.
Strong analytical skills and commercial judgement.
