• Manage procurement and contract activities for civil construction & interior projects.
• Identify, prequalify and maintain vendors, suppliers, subcontractors and labour contractors.
• Review tenders, prepare BOQs, rate analysis, RFQs and techno-commercial comparisons.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate rates and recommend cost-effective procurement options.
• Verify site indents, quantities, specifications and budget allocations.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders, Work Orders and subcontract agreements.
• Coordinate with site, engineering and planning teams to ensure timely procurement.
• Track material deliveries, GRNs and vendor/subcontractor performance.
• Verify bills against POs/Work Orders and coordinate timely payment processing.
• Requirements: 8-1 2 years experience in construction contracts/procurement, strong Excel/ERP skills, negotiation and commercial knowledge.
