Contracts (Business Development) Executive

PART A: Duties & Responsibilities:

·       Monitor tender via GeBIZ;

·       To produce exceptional quality tender submissions, tailored to the requirements of each individual client, producing the best possible bid for the Company;

·       Perform appropriate clinical, administrative, and operational research to support proposal and contract development;

·       Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered into organizational databases and securely maintained;

·       Establish and maintain strong working relationships by serving as a primary point of contact for contractual matters;

·       Handling queries and drafting of business letters, emails, and correspondences; and

·       Any other task may be assigned by the Company from time to time.

PART B: Experience & Skill-set required:

1. Must possess at least a Class 3 Singapore driving license;
2. Preferably possess a Degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
3. Able to communicate and converse effectively in order to gain trust and confidence;
4. Strong presentation and sound organizational abilities;
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint);
6. Experience in contract negotiation, administration and/or management is an advantage;
7. Positive attitude and willing to learn.
