Job Requirements :
- 1-8 years of experience in quantity surveying or related field (construction industry).
- Strong understanding of contract finalization, contracting processes, and subcontractor billing procedures.
- Proficiency in preparing project plans, schedules, and budgets for high-rise building construction projects.
