Job Description.
- Responsible for maintaining the database of all Incoming & Outgoing correspondences and sharing with Contracts Dept, HO on regular basis.
2.Responsible for independently drafting preliminary / draft correspondences for vetting by the Contracts Dept, HO.
Responsible for reporting to the Contracts Dept, HO on the status / delay of Drawings, Approvals, Work fronts etc.
Responsible for alerting the Site Execution Team on Contractual requirements as per Contract Agreement.
Responsible for frequent checking of Drawings Register, Labour Registers, Hindrance Register etc
