Contracts Engineer

A Saudi real estate development company headquartered in Riyadh , delivering high-quality residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. With a focus on design excellence, innovation, and sustainability, they have recently launched its Egypt branch in Zahraa El Maadi to support its growing operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate contract files, document control records, and backups in both hard copy and electronic systems.
• Coordinate with project management, technical office, procurement, finance, legal, and external consultants.
• Prepare periodic contract-status reports for the Contracts Manager.
• Support the development and updating of standard contract templates, procedures, and contract-administration tools.
• Ensure assigned activities comply with Saudi regulations, company policies, and the delegation-of-authority matrix.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the Contracts Manager within the scope of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architectural engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in contracts engineering, contract administration, claims, or project commercial/contracts roles.
• At least 2 years of exposure to construction or real-estate project contracts.
• Experience with a real estate developer, owner, consultant, PMC, or major contractor is preferred.
• Working knowledge of FIDIC Red Book conditions, particularly variations, claims, payment, notices, extension of time, and termination.
• Familiarity with Saudi construction-contracting practices and regulations is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong Arabic and English reading, writing, and communication skills.
