Contracts Executive/Manager (Town Council)

• Prepare and ensure accuracy of project cost estimates and specifications for all Cyclical, Additions & Alterations and Improve works etc. under the Contract.
• Update and administer both pre and post contract administration works.
• Prepare, call and administer various tenders for the routine maintenance work, services and supplies.
• Monitor maintenance budget and prepare progress payment to ensure cashflow projections are met and payments are promptly made to contractors and suppliers.
• Advise on the selection of suitable contractors / specialist for the routine maintenance work, services and supplies.

Job Requirements: Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Estate Management / Building or other related fields.

Experience

• Preferably with some experience in maintenance contracts.

Competencies

• Good Team player.
• Good problem solver.
