RealtyHQ is looking for a skilled and experienced Contract Lawyer to join our growing team!
Location: Noida, Sector 136, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: Up to 50,000/month
Job Type: Full-time
What Youll Do:
* Draft, review & negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements
* Ensure contracts are legally sound and aligned with business requirements
* Identify and assess contractual risks and provide practical legal advice
* Manage contract negotiations with clients, vendors, partners & stakeholders
* Handle amendments, renewals, terminations and other contractual matters
* Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements
What Were Looking For:
* Experience in Contract Law / Corporate Legal
* Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills
* Excellent knowledge of contract and commercial laws
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and professional ethics
* Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines effectively
