- Advise management on contractual obligations and potential liabilities.
- Work with project teams to manage costs within the contract framework.
- Evaluate contract variations, claims and change orders.
- Ensure cost- effectiveness in procurement and contract execution.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in QS / Contracts management.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and team management skills
