About the role
Responsible for all contracts and the finance aspects of a project.
Key responsibilities
- Obtain Letter of Award, ensure favourable terms and conditions, all discrepancies addressed
- Plan and manage project budget, regular updates on forecast and actual, optimisation of margin
- Plan and prepare procurement schedule in conjunction with the construction schedule; regular review and update of this schedule to ensure effectiveness of procurement in relation to time and cost
- Plan and prepare certification and application monitor; ensuring such application to and certification from clients are carried out as planned
- Management and optimisation of change orders opportunities
- Management of Trade Contractors applications, certifications and final accounts
- Management of Clients final accounts
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for decision making
About you
- Diploma/Degree holder in Quantity Surveying
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects
