🏗️ CONTRACTS MANAGER – LONDON

Cut & Carve | Structural Alterations | Demolition

We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading Tier 1 main contractor, delivering some of London’s most technically challenging construction projects.

The role will focus on the delivery of cut & carve, structural alterations and demolition packages across the City of London and West End , working on prestigious schemes for clients and estates including the Grosvenor Estate, Crown Estate and other major London Landed Estates .

THE ROLE

• Manage and deliver complex structural alteration, cut & carve and demolition packages

• Lead projects from pre-construction through to successful completion

• Manage subcontractors, commercial performance, programme and delivery

• Work closely with senior management, consultants and client teams

• Deliver projects within highly constrained and technically challenging London environments

• Maintain the highest standards of health & safety, quality and programme delivery

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for an established Contracts Manager with:

- 10+ years’ experience within the London cut & carve / structural alterations / demolition sector

• Strong sub-contractor/demolition contractor experience

• Proven track record delivering complex and technically challenging schemes

• Excellent knowledge of structural alterations and demolition methodologies

• Strong commercial, contractual and subcontractor management skills

• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders

• Experience working within the City of London and West End highly advantageous

PACKAGE

💰 £100,000 – £120,000 salary

🚗 Travel allowance / package
