- Lifecycle Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and execute property, vendor, and construction contracts from start to finish.
- Financial Oversight: Track critical dates, rent schedules, Common Area Maintenance (CAM) adjustments, and payment verification.
- Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Ensure all parties meet contractual obligations and adhere to local property laws and company policies.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, legal departments, brokers, and external contractors
