  • Ensure deliverables meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate communication between development teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • Monitor progress and escalate risks or delays proactively.

4. Compliance, Governance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, building regulations, and industry standards.
  • Implement contract governance frameworks and risk registers.
  • Oversee OHS compliance in collaboration with safety teams.
  • Identify and manage contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Stakeholder & Client Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Provide clear, professional communication on contractual and commercial matters.
  • Attend project meetings, progress reviews, and contractual negotiations.
  • Represent the contractor professionally in all external engagements.

6. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare contractual reports, commercial summaries, and risk assessments.
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and contractual communications.
