Contracts Manager - Fit Out

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Manager - Fit Out to oversee commercial operations, contract management, business development, and financial performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing profitability, managing commercial risks, negotiating contracts, and developing strong relationships with clients and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
• Manage commercial contracts, tenders, proposals, quotations, and negotiations.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Monitor revenue, costs, profit margins, budgets, and cash flow.
• Review contractual terms and conditions and identify potential commercial risks.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Business Development teams.
• Manage variations, claims, payment terms, and contractual disputes.
• Prepare commercial reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and commercial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial management experience.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation, tender management, pricing, and cost control.
• Strong financial analysis, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Commercial construction: 5 years (Required)
