Contracts Manager-Mining

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage EPC contracts from tendering to close-out, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission of contractual documents and milestones.
• Analyze contract terms, conditions, and clauses to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

• 15-30 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of EPC contracts (Engineering Procurement Construction) principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze complex contractual agreements and develop strategic solutions.
