Contracts Supervisor - Subway

Assigned Project: Metro Manila Subway Project Contract Package 104

Location: Pasig City

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage contractual and commercial aspects of project execution.
• Identify, document, and assess delay events, disruptions, variations, and cost impacts.
• Maintain project records, including site reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, photographs, and progress documentation to support EOT and Cost Claims.
• Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Planning, Project Controls, and Commercial teams to gather claim-related records and evidence.
• Support the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT), Prolongation Cost, and Disruption Claims.
• Ensure contractual notices and claim requirements are issued within prescribed timelines.
• Prepare reports on project progress, risks, delays, and contractual matters.
• Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to protect contractual entitlements.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to identify potential impacts on schedule, cost, and contractual obligations.
• Support dispute avoidance, contract administration, and commercial recovery activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Experience in Contract Administration, Claims Management, EOT Preparation, or Project Controls.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project delivery, and commercial management.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
