Contractual Trainer - TP Sucat

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training program tailored to meet the specific needs of different departments and roles within the organization
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to employees at various levels, ensuring content is accessible and relevant
• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback collection and performance metrics to continuously improve program quality
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions
• Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos and digital learning resources
• Conduct needs analysis to determine appropriate training interventions and learning methodologies
• Track and report on training outcomes, attendance and employee progress to senior management
• Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences
• Support new employee onboarding by delivering foundational training and orientation program
• Stay current with industry best practices and incorporate innovative training techniques into existing program

What we're looking for

• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to tailor training to diverse audiences

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners

• Proficiency in developing training materials and utilising learning management systems (LMS)

• Demonstrated ability to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness

• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously

• Knowledge of current training methodologies such as blended learning, microlearning and virtual delivery

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management system platforms

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
