Are you a detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys working with numbers, helping people, and making sure things add up? We’re looking for a Contributions Representative to join our team!

In this role, you’ll play an important part in making sure employer contributions are accurate, payments are properly applied, and employees receive the benefits they’re entitled to.

What You'll Do

As a Contributions Representative, you will:

• Review, audit, and process employer contribution reports
• Reconcile payments and verify contribution rates
• Maintain accurate employer and participant records
• Work directly with employers, union representatives, and participants to answer questions
• Assist with benefit eligibility, contributions, and reciprocity
• Process reciprocity contributions
• Assist with month-end accounting processes
• Help employers navigate reporting systems
• Maintain electronic and paper records
• Handle confidential information in accordance with HIPAA and privacy requirements

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
