About the role
This role involves making calls to customers to notify and verify site situation, assisting with surveillance monitoring, updating customer details, and maintaining records. Training and call scripts will be provided. The position requires working 6 days a week, including weekends.

About you
- Knows how to use basic computer features
- Must be able to speak English and Malay
- SPM graduate or equivalent
- Able to work in shift (Day 6.30am - 6.30pm or Night 6.30pm - 6.30am)
