Control Centre Operations Officer (Ref.: YCH-CCOO)

Working Hours

• 6-Day work
• 8-hour shift work required (07:00 – 15:00 / 15:00 - 23:00 / 23:00 – 07:00) or 12-hour shift work required (07:00 – 19:00 / 19:00 – 07:00)

Responsibilities

• Manage daily control centre operations and monitor carpark facility systems
• Handle hotline calls, providing immediate responses to carpark customer inquiries and assistance requests
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service to ensure effective problem resolution
• Log and follow up on customer cases, escalating to relevant departments when necessary
• Perform clerical duties and data entry to ensure accurate and complete documentation
• Work on assigned shifts to maintain uninterrupted service continuity
• Execute any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• HKDSE / High School graduate or above with a basic understanding of customer service
• Basic computer literacy with proficiency in standard office software for data entry
• Good typing skills in both Chinese and English, with clear and efficient communication
• Fluent Cantonese is required; basic English and Mandarin are preferred
• Basic knowledge of carpark operations, with at least one year of relevant carpark / call centre experience are preferred
• A strong sense of service passion and responsibility
