Control Command Engineer

As a control engineer, you will be involved in the development of the TCMS (Train Control and Management System) within the framework of the TGV-M development. You have strong skills in: automatic control systems, industrial computing, and reading electrical diagrams. Technical project: Understanding the functionality of one or more train functions (Air Conditioning, Braking, Energy, etc.); Writing functional architecture specifications for the train; Writing functional schematic diagrams; Writing TCMS software development specifications; Supporting and managing the software development carried out in India; Implementing a functional validation plan for the train; Interfacing with other project teams (Systems, Software Development, Cabling, RAMS, Validation); Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the specifications. Technical environment: PTC Modeler, Visio, Spectrail; Standards related to the railway environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate of an engineering school (or university degree) with significant experience in railway control systems. Minimum 3 years of experience. Required skills: Requirements management, supplier management, DOORS (an asset): electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, meeting facilitation, progress monitoring, analytical skills, practical mindset (ability to put oneself in the user's shoes), initiative and autonomy, escalation of issues to clients and decision-makers. Behavioral skills: Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills, technical and scientific curiosity, ability to work in a team, problem/bug analysis and synthesis skills, autonomous in finding solutions, methodical, rigorous, proactive, adaptable to continuous change.
