Control Compliance Officer

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the implementation of internal procedures and company standards
• Analyzing reports of various departments and identification of inconsistencies
• Creation of recommendations for improving internal processes
• Collaboration with other departments to ensure compliance with company regulations and standards

Requirements

• Ability to work with a large amount of information, organize, plan work, draw conclusions and propose solutions
• Ability to use PC, MS Office (Word, Excel, Google documents)
• Proficiency in Russian is a must
• Proficiency in English (B1) and Romanian (B1) will be an advantage

• Ability to organize workload taking full responsibility for what you do
• Ability to provide information clearly and shortly

Salary expectations
