Duration: 12+ Months

Pay Range: $45/hr. – $60/hr. on W2

About Role

Looking for a hands-on Controls Engineer with strong PLC and industrial automation experience to design, program, and support manufacturing control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design control systems from sequences of operation
• Develop and troubleshoot PLC & HMI programs
• Create electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
• Support startup, commissioning, and production troubleshooting
• Assist with installation, training, and system improvements
• Travel to plant sites as needed

Must-Haves

• 5+ years in industrial automation / controls engineering
• Strong PLC programming (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell preferred)
• Experience with troubleshooting control systems
• Hands-on work in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of servo systems and ladder logic

Nice to Have

• AutoCAD or ePlan experience
• Exposure to plant support / commissioning roles
