Control Engineer 电气工程师（车身焊装）

工作职责:

Summary Be responsible for Electric design, lead control team to finish both Hardware and software design. On site electronic assignment and commissioning, from project beginning to project closing. Proactively cooperate with project team members to delivery project. During project working, this position also takes in charge of electronic cost, quality and progress.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Make Electric project optimization and design to provide customized electric control standard.
• Be familiar with project processes, and fully cooperate with project team members to meet clients’ requirements.
• Estimate labor cost, materials cost in accordance with on-going project. With cost estimation, optimize electric cost and be able to choose the best one.
• Assist the external resource technical support.
• Risk estimation and control. Lesson learn from it.
• Project timing control and stick on project timing.
• Familiar to Simens, AB PLC system.

• Project cost control.
• Efficiency of team management. (project progress, design quality, timing)
• Accident control and lesson learn.
• Risk management.

任职条件:

Qualifications (Education, Training, Certification, Licenses, Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree and above in engineering;
• At least 3 years’ experience in Body Welding Control Engineering related jobs;
• At least 2 completed projects’ experience as Control Team Leader;
• Excellent understanding of Body Welding process, products, equipment, customer standards and new trend;
• Rich experience on hardware, software design, installation, commissioning and familiar with Siemens or Rockwell PLC;
• Fluent oral and writing English ;
• Familiar with COMAU Solutions (standard and special application) is a plus;
• PMP Certification is a plus;

Knowledge & Skills

• SIMENS or AB PLC knowledge.
