Control Engineer

Aegis is currently partnering with a growing manufacturer in Roscoe to identify a Controls Engineer to join their team!

What You'll Do:

• Develop and troubleshoot PLC and HMI programs
• Start up and commission systems at customer sites
• Provide ongoing technical support after startup
• Read and interpret AutoCAD P&ID drawings

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable traveling up to 50% (domestic only) of the year
• 3+ years of controls engineering experience in integrated production systems
• Strong Allen-Bradley PLC programming experience
• Strong HMI programming experience (FactoryTalk View; Ignition a plus)
• Startup and commissioning experience at customer sites
• Electrical troubleshooting skills (480V, 110V, and low-voltage control systems)
