Control Engineer

We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Control Engineer search.

This role can be based at the manufacturing facility in the Akron, Ohio area or near the company’s larger customers in the Houston or Dallas, Texas areas. The position requires approximately 50% travel to visit customers.

Responsibilities

• Test and program automated machinery and processes to perform precise tasks
• Troubleshoot electrical and electronic components on customer-site equipment
• Install and commission electrical control panels for equipment

Key Requirements :

• Experience with PLC programming
• Willingness to travel 30%–50% of the time
• Strong problem-solving skills
