Responsibility Expectations from the role
- Ensure Control-M software availability and connectivity across all agents and mainframe gateways, maintaining a 99.99% SLA.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to Control-M within standard AMEX ITSM SLAs.
- Maintain the Enterprise Manager (EM) and Control-M (CM) repositories.
- Perform version upgrades, patches, and fix pack installations.
- Coordinate changes and incidents with the Mainframe Control-M team and TIMS Operations team.
- Review, approve, and implement change requests.
- Monitor daily task volumes to ensure compliance with licensed limits and assist in optimizing task counts.
- Serve as the primary coordination point with BMC for support cases, upgrades, and fix packs.
