We are looking for an experienced Control-M Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimise enterprise batch scheduling platforms in a business-critical production environment.

📍 Location: Paris, Île-de-France, France

🏢 Work Model: Hybrid or Remote, depending on project requirements

💼 Experience: 3–8 years

🗣️ Language: Fluent French mandatory; professional English preferred

🏦 Industry: Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or Large Enterprises

🔍 Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in BMC Control-M
• Linux/Unix administration and working knowledge of Windows Server
• Shell scripting (Bash/KSH) and/or PowerShell
• Production batch monitoring and incident management
• Enterprise scheduling, batch workflows, and job-chain optimisation
• L2/L3 production support and root cause analysis

⭐ Nice to Have

• Control-M Enterprise Manager, Managed File Transfer (MFT), or Automation API
• Experience with Dollar Universe, VTOM, or AutoSys
• Monitoring tools such as Centreon, Nagios, Zabbix, or Dynatrace
• Python scripting, ITIL practices, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Banking or financial services experience
• Control-M migration, upgrades, or modernisation projects

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Control-M platform and agents across Linux, Unix, and Windows environments.
• Monitor batch jobs and scheduling workflows to ensure production stability and service continuity.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Optimise scheduling chains and automate recurring operational tasks.
• Support application teams with workload onboarding and integration.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance standards.
