Synopsis:

Administers the BMC Control-M batch scheduling estate, covering calendar/job management,

monitoring and incident handling for the batch workload underpinning BCC operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calendar/job scheduling administration
• Monitoring and incident/request handling for the batch estate
• Housekeeping and change coordination
• Documentation of job dependencies and schedules

Required Skills:

• BMC Control-M administration and job-calendar management
• Workload automation and scheduling dependency management
• Scripting for job/workflow support
• Batch incident/request handling and root-cause analysis

Certifications

Mandatory

• Demonstrable production Control-M (or equivalent workload automation platform) administration experience

Preferred / Advantageous

• BMC Control-M certification
• ITIL Foundation
