Control Room / Compliance Associate

Company Overview: A diversified credit and real estate investing platform within a leading global alternative asset management firm manages approximately $78 billion across a broad range of strategies. They are seeking a temporary mid-level Control Room / Compliance Professional to support their compliance function during a staffing transition.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Control Room activities, including the review and administration of MNPI, conflicts of interest, trading restrictions, and related procedures.
• Assist with Code of Ethics, personal trading, and other compliance processes.
• Help maintain accurate records and support the consistent application of compliance policies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on day-to-day compliance matters.

Qualifications:

• Approximately 3 or more years of relevant Control Room or compliance experience.
• Working knowledge of MNPI, conflicts of interest, trading restrictions, and related compliance concepts.
• Experience within asset management, private equity, or a similar investment environment preferred.
• Credit-related experience is a plus.

Compensation: Pay Rate: $40 – $60/hr
