Control Room Customer Service Supervisor (Shift Duty)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the daily operations of car parks in various districts, including security systems, handling of emergency incidents, customer enquiries, sale of monthly parking rental, general clerical duties and work closely with colleagues at various parking lots

Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE standard
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in control room, telephone service center, customer service or equivalent
• Familiar with computer operation and good tying skills in both Chinese and English
• Good command of both spoken English and Mandarin with good customer service and communication skills
• Being flexible in handling and responding to changing job assignments
