Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Control Room Operator to oversee and maintain critical plant systems, including cooling towers, air conditioning units, and air compressors. This role ensures smooth process flow, system regulation, and preventive maintenance to support efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling towers and air conditioning systems.
• Perform repair and maintenance of air compressors.
• Monitor process flow and regulate system operations.
• Inspect and clean equipment lines to prevent clogging.
• Assist in line maintenance when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of machine operations and basic troubleshooting.

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary range: ₱22,000 – ₱24,000 (negotiable based on experience).
• Full‑time schedule, aligned with plant operations.
