Are you a technically skilled professional with manufacturing experience and an interest in process control and plant operations? Join our team as a Control Room Operator and help ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our material handling, dosing, mixing, and bagging systems.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor material transfer, storage, dosing, mixing, molasses dosing, and bagging systems to ensure efficient production.
• Ensure safe and proper operation of control systems and equipment to support timely delivery of quality products.
• Monitor production processes and coordinate operational activities to maintain smooth workflow.
• Identify operational issues, make sound decisions, and implement appropriate solutions when needed.
• Organize activities and coordinate with personnel to meet production plans and operational requirements.
• Follow established safety procedures and operating standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Preferably a college graduate with a mechanical, electrical, or electronics background, or a vocational graduate in a related field.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating SCADA systems or working in a control room or operations environment is an advantage.
• Computer literate.
• Strong organizational, communication, and listening skills.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work under pressure and for extended periods.
• Willing to work on a rotational or shifting schedule.
• Safety-conscious, reliable, and attentive to operational details.
