Role Overview

We are looking for a Control Room Specialist to coordinate day-to-day field operations and ensure smooth execution of service requests. This role is responsible for monitoring operations,

allocating work efficiently, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with field teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and execute standardized operational processes across field operations and workshops.
• Analyse operational data to identify demand-supply gaps and coordinate with field teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor day-to-day field operations and ensure timely service delivery.
• Track service requests and resolve operational issues to minimize delays.
• Conduct field visits to understand operational challenges and improve execution.
• Collaborate with Operations and other internal teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in operations, logistics, field operations, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data, identify gaps, and drive timely resolutions.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for field visits when required.
