With a strong pipeline of projects and a collaborative team environment, they are looking for an engineer to join their Newcastle-based team. The level of the role is flexible depending on experience, with the opportunity suited to someone from a Graduate through to Senior or Lead level.

YOUR NEW ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer looking to move away from routine maintenance and into a more hands-on, project-focused role.
  
You will be involved across the full project lifecycle, from understanding client requirements and developing solutions through to design, programming, testing, commissioning and handover.
The role offers the opportunity to work with PLC, SCADA, HMI and DCS systems, while gaining exposure to a range of industrial automation technologies and project environments.
  
You will work closely with experienced engineers, clients and project teams, with genuine ownership of your work and the opportunity to develop your technical capabilities.
  
ABOUT YOU
The business is open to engineers at different stages of their careers, including:

• Graduate Electrical Engineers
• Control Systems Engineers
• Power Systems Engineers
• Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation or Systems Engineers
• Senior Electrical Engineers with strong project delivery experience
• Lead Engineers with technical leadership and client-facing experience

You don’t need experience across every platform or industry. A solid understanding of industrial automation or electrical engineering, strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn are key.
