Responsibilities
- Monitor and support the PLC-controlled storage, conveyor and sorter equipment in the customer’s automated warehouse, keeping it stable and minimizing downtime
- Respond to control-system incidents and diagnose faults across PLC logic, HMIs, sensors and actuators, drives/VFDs and industrial networks (e.g., PROFINET)

- Start and follow Change Request and Problem Management processes for recurring issues or permanent fixes.
- Work with on-site maintenance and controls teams and remote support, and escalate to the Service Desk, controls development or other experts when needed.
- Keep stakeholders and the customer updated on system status and incidents, and give clear shift handovers (risks, current mitigations, next actions)

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting intralogistics automation, including storage systems and conveyors.
- Siemens and Beckhoff PLC knowledge (troubleshooting, online diagnostics, reading and modifying code within approved procedures)
- Experience diagnosing faults across PLCs, HMIs, sensors, actuators, drives/VFDs and industrial networks, and trace issues in PLC logic and alarms.
- Good general IT skills and familiarity with ticketing and ITIL-style incident and problem management
- Disciplined change control: backups before changes, approvals, testing before production, documentation and version control, with no unauthorized changes or safety bypasses.
- Strong communication, documentation and cross-team coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a shift-based environment, with a hands-on, troubleshooting mindset
Benefits
- 401K with company match and no vesting, half day Fridays (in office), competitive health, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA, short and long-term disability, profit sharing, PTO, holidays, paid parental leave, subsidized daycare, tuition reimbursement, pet insurance, subsidized food delivery, quarterly company events, and volunteer opportunities
