Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Control Systems Engineer / System Integration Engineer to support the design, development, programming and commissioning of industrial automation and control systems.

You will work on automation projects involving PLC, SCADA, HMI and related control technologies, collaborating with project teams and clients to deliver reliable and efficient integrated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement industrial automation and control system solutions.
• Perform PLC programming, SCADA configuration and HMI development.
• Integrate control systems with field instruments, equipment and other automation platforms.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, commissioning and on-site technical support.
• Prepare engineering documentation, functional specifications, test reports and project deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to requirements and timelines.
• Provide technical support and resolve control system issues during project implementation and operation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation & Control, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in industrial automation, control systems or system integration.
• Hands-on experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SCADA, HMI and industrial communication protocols.
• Experience with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Rockwell / Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi or Schneider Electric will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of instrumentation, control panels, electrical drawings and system testing is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for testing, commissioning and project support when required.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and coordination skills.
