DHL Supply Chain is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Control Tower Executive to support the day-to-day coordination and monitoring of supply chain operations.

You will play a critical role in ensuring operational visibility, managing shipment milestones, coordinating stakeholders, and addressing exceptions before they impact customer performance.

Your Impact as Control Tower Executive

Operational Monitoring & Coordination

• Monitor shipment movements and supply chain milestones.
• Ensure timely execution of transportation and logistics activities.
• Track operational performance and identify potential service disruptions.
• Support issue resolution and operational recovery activities.

Exception Management

• Identify, escalate, and track operational exceptions.
• Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and customers to resolve issues.
• Maintain visibility of critical operational risks and delays.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Support KPI tracking and performance measurement.
• Maintain accurate operational data and reporting systems.
• Assist in identifying trends and improvement opportunities.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate activities between customers, carriers, operations teams, and service providers.
• Support operational meetings and follow up on action items.
• Ensure timely communication to stakeholders regarding operational status.

Continuous Improvement Support

• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Support implementation of operational excellence projects.
• Contribute ideas to improve service performance and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

• 2-4 years of experience in:

  1. Logistics Operations
  2. Supply Chain Coordination
  3. Transportation Operations
  4. Customer Service Operations

• Strong analytical and coordination skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, or Control Tower platforms
• Power BI knowledge
• Experience within logistics, transportation, warehousing, or LLP environments
• Exposure to KPI reporting and operational analytics
