Control Tower Operations Officer

Job Duties

• Act as the central point of contact for customers on daily operations, escalations, and status updates.
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational failures (e.g., delays, damages) and contribute to corrective action reports
• Communicate with overseas office, operation teams to optimize the operation process.
• Support manager to handle shipping quotes and maintain freight rate management and negotiation
• Ensure shipping processes for VIP customer are being adhered to and ensure systems are kept up to date.

Job Requirement

• Higher Diploma or University in Logistics Management & Transportation or equivalent background
• Min 5 years’ experience of VIP account servicing and / or Control Tower experience preferably in Freight forwarding or Logistics industry
• Customer-Oriented, good in customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent of spoken & written English and Chinese, Mandarin is required
• Proficient in computer skills, MS Office application, Office 365, Outlook, particularly Excel.
• Short notice is an advantage
