What they need
- Daily validation and checking of sales reporting of stores of HOCB LLC US base stores.
- Daily validation and checking of sales reporting of stores of HOCB LIMITED UK base stores.
- Accurate and timely manner checking of cash sales.
- Bank reconciliation of hocb shops.
- Purchase invoice checking and expenses validation in the account package vs bank transaction.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Data gathering of shipping cost for P&L report
- Data Gathering of Item cost in hocb back-end for P&L
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Monthly preparation of P&L in a per store manner.
- Monitoring of inventory and stock replenishment.
- Online sales reconciliation
- 1 to 2 years expirience in retial industry
- Handled Sales and Bank reconciliation
- Can handle Account Receivable & Account Payable
- With basic knowledge in any Accounting/Financial system
- Familiar in retail process recon
- Proficient in Microsoft Office specially in excel
- Details oriented is a plus
- Can evaluate system process according to the requirement of the task
