Controller

They are looking for a hands-on Controller who can bring strong technical accounting expertise, improve processes, and help integrate multiple businesses while partnering closely with the CFO and ownership group. This is not a role for someone who wants to simply maintain the status quo; you'll have the opportunity to clean up accounting operations, implement better processes and systems, oversee a growing team, and help shape the future finance organization. For the right person, this role offers a clear path to grow alongside the company, with the opportunity to eventually lead a larger, multi-site accounting function and have a true seat at the table.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 6+ years of public/industry accounting experience
• ASC 842 required
• People leadership experience
• Strong Excel skills (PivotTable, VLOOKUPs, etc.)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $120,000–$150,000
• This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
