About The Company Our client is an integrated property, asset, and construction management services firm. The firm delivers end-to-end solutions across the real estate lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple properties/entities
• Review and approve property-level financials and ensure GAAP compliance
• Review and approve property-level financial statements
• Oversee bank, security deposits, taxes, intercompany reconciliations
• Partner with team on variance analysis and NOI drivers
• Oversee A/P, A/R, and cash management processes
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, and lender reporting
• Oversee preparation and review of NYC regulatory filings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10-15 years of real estate accounting experience
• Strong proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Excel
• Experience managing teams nationally
• Experience with NYC filings including TC and RPIE

Salary Range $150,000-$200,000
